Making A Purchase By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying those goods (including passing your personal details onto couriers and other subcontractors). Personal details can be removed from our system by written request.
We never debit your credit card for items not in stock and your card is only charged when your order is ready for dispatch unless we have ordered an item in for you or have pre-allocated an item from the next delivery. No property or title of the goods shall pass from Sail And Ski Ltd to the customer until payment has been received in full.
If paying by PAYPAL you will be refunded immediatly and in full if an item is out of stock. We take every measure to ensure this will not happen but may at busy periods or on very popular lines. |
| Special Delivery Instructions All Shipping charges are FREE within mainland UK and Northern Ireland and most off-shore Isles of the UK. If you return an item to exchange its size, colour or other variable you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost of the new item. All international deliveries (incl. the Channel Islands) are subject to a minimum charge of £8.51(excl. VAT @ 17.5%). We will inform you of any extra shipping costs prior to your order being shipped if necessary. |
Delivery Schedule Slight delays may occur when ordering popular products. You will be advised of a delivery time via e-mail or telephone immediatly. Your credit card will not be debited until the product is shipped to your delivery address.

Guarantee Products are not supplied on a trial basis. Hardware products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Warranty details and length are included with the product but will be a minimum of 12 months.

Returns Policy Full refunds will be given on all goods if the goods are returned in original condition with all original swing tags intact and attached. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt by yourself. We fully comply with the Concumer Protection (Distamce Selling) Regulations 2000 set up to protect you the consumer when making on-line purchases.
Goods returned after this date can be exchanged or credited up to 28 days from receipt of the goods. If you choose the Credit option we will keep your details on record and issue you with a unique credit reference which should be quoted when you next order from us. Send the credit reference to us via e-mail when you place your next order on-line.
Goods Returned for exchange may be subject to postage charges for us to deliver them to you a second time. This is done at our discretion but is normally only done on bulky items. You will be advised of this by e-mail prior to you goods being dispatched. If goods are being returned for exchange through no fault of your own then no postal fees shall apply.
Special Orders - All items ordered into stock from a supplier, that are not available on our website, to specifically fulfill your order at your request are non-refundable.
